Ingredients
Start with

Choose 2 of the following
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Beet
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Celery ribs from a stalk
- 1/2 cup Cucumber
- 1/2 cm Fresh Ginger
- 1/4 cup Mint
- 1/2 cup organic Pumpkin puree
- 2 Red Cabbage Leaves
Choices to add if desired
- 1 tsp. Chia seeds
- 1 tsp. Flax Meal
- 1 tsp. Coconut or Flax oil
- 1 T unsweetened raw Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. organic Maca powder
- 1 T lemon juice (brightens green smoothies!)
Finishing Touch

Directions
With a high speed smoothie maker like a Blendtec, Vitamix, Magic Bullet or Nutrabullet:
- 1 cup purified water & 1/2 cup ice
