RECIPE: Honey Glazed Carrots
This recipe is a quick and easy side that’s totally delicious and a beautiful addition to any Autumn holiday table!
Ingredients
10 large carrots
4 tbs raw honey
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
Fresh parsley
4 tbs raw honey
1) Preheat and Prep Work
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash, trim and peel carrots. Chop fresh parsley and set aside.
2) Make Glaze
Mix the honey, olive oil, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
3) Glaze the Carrots
Cut the carrots into sticks. Evenly coat the carrots with the liquid mixture and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
4) Bake and Serve
Bake for about 35 minutes. Transfer carrots to a serving dish and top with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
