
RECIPE: Red, White and Blueberry Coconut Cream Popsicles
These patriotic popsicles are a healthy spin on the summertime favorites, but made with real, whole ingredients and so easy to make yourself! They’re gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and so delicious!

Ingredients
2 (13.66 oz) canned unsweetened full fat coconut milk
2 cups frozen strawberries (or substitute 2 cups frozen blueberries or frozen bananas)
4 tbs raw honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1) Blend the Ingredients
Combine the coconut milk, strawberries, honey and vanilla extract together in a blender and blend until smooth.

2) Fill the Molds
Carefully pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks.

3) Freeze & Serve!
Repeat process for other flavors. Freeze for 5-6 hours or until frozen solid. Enjoy!
