Abigail Matovich serves as a Physician Assistant at Born Clinic, where her approach aligns with the clinic’s integrative challenge to the “one-size-fits-all” model of medicine.  Abigail holds a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies from Huntington University.

Her diverse clinical background encompasses specialties like OBGYN, primary care, pediatrics, adult medicine, cardiovascular ICU, emergency medicine, mental health, and surgical associates. Abigail's occupational therapy experience includes work in the Surgical Trauma ICU at Parkview Regional Hospital and pediatric care at Lowcountry Therapy.

Abigail's care philosophy is patient-centered, focusing on the individual's overall well-being rather than just treating symptoms. This approach resonates with Born Clinic's mission of delivering comprehensive personalized care.

Beyond her clinical duties, Abigail has contributed to global health through medical missions in Haiti, Belize, and Bangladesh, and community work in Maui, HI. Her leadership extends to the arts, having founded a dance program for individuals with disabilities at Huntington University, underscoring the importance she places on physical and mental health.
